Suggested Sales Content Sales Effectiveness

Project

LinkedIn has a significant amount of content that would be helpful to clients; however sales reps have not been able to find content effectively. By providing both curated and crowd-sourced recommendations in a centralized location and embeddable format, the information is always where the rep can see it, at the moment it is most useful.

Challenge

Make the right content available at just the right time to help a sales rep with their current clients.

Solution

This project was designed as both a content portal and also as an embeddable module that could be added to other insights projects and suggest additional content to share with clients based on the current content they are accessing.

For the content portal, we added tools to save content that reps share frequently with clients as wells as suggestions of specific content that would be useful if the rep is looking for a reason to reach back out to a specific client they manage

This is the embeddable module in the context of the One Magic Wand project. Based on the presentation the rep has just built, we recommend specific pieces of content that would make a good leave-behind with the presentation.
